The ga555 platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have attained the age of 21 years. ga555 reserves the right to require age verification documentation at any time. Where age verification is requested, the player must provide acceptable identification before further access to real-money gaming features is granted. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension.

ga555 is operated as an online entertainment platform primarily serving players in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the ga555 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ga555 makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and ga555 accepts no liability in such circumstances.

By registering, you confirm that you are not acting under legal incapacity, are not subject to a self-exclusion order from any gaming platform, and are not a ga555 employee, officer, director or a close associate of any of the foregoing. Any account found to be in breach of this eligibility clause will be suspended immediately and any funds held in the account will be subject to review before any withdrawal is processed.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. ga555 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ga555 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. ga555 reserves the right to return a deposit and request a different payment method if the source of funds cannot be verified.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method's availability for payouts. Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. ga555 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms. Players must complete any applicable KYC requirements before their first withdrawal is processed.

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals and wagers on ga555 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ga555 does not currently support multi-currency wallets. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is the sole responsibility of the player and ga555 accepts no liability for exchange rate losses or conversion fees charged by third-party providers.

ga555 operates in compliance with general anti-money laundering principles. Players may not use the platform to launder funds of any origin. ga555 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law or regulation. Where AML concerns are identified, ga555 may freeze account balances and request supporting documentation before releasing any funds. Players who deposit funds without a genuine intention to wager on the platform's games may have their accounts closed and deposits returned, less any applicable processing fees.

Where ga555 determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, ga555 may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void any open or recent wagers placed in connection with the prohibited conduct; forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds; withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation; and report the activity to relevant financial or law-enforcement authorities where required by law. ga555's determination in such matters is final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process set out in Section 8 of these Terms.

Players may at any time set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit from their account settings page. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Players may also request a temporary time-out (from 24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. A self-excluded player may not re-register on the platform until the self-exclusion period has fully elapsed. ga555 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 1; the player is in breach of any provision of these Terms; continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or the safety of other players; or the account has been used in connection with criminal activity. Where an account is closed by ga555 for reasons other than a proven breach of these Terms, any available real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time.

A player may request the closure of their ga555 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, ga555 will process any pending withdrawals of available real-money funds to the player's registered payment method before closing the account. Bonus balances remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure does not release the player from any outstanding obligations to ga555, including any negative balance or pending verification requirements.
